well then do I have the Perfect healthy Junkless KickButt Meal.

Basically its chicken, taco seasoning, rice, and cheese sauce. Sure its simple but so are peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

so with out further wait…

Cheesy Taco Chicken Rice

Cook Time:

Less then an hour

Ingredients:

7 cups of water
6 cups of rice
1 pack of taco seasoning
4-pack of Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 Jar Ragu® Double Cheddar Sauce

Fill A Ridiculously Large Pot with enough water to cover Your chicken breasts and turn on the fire. Next gather together the remaining ingredients, and find a good book to read while waiting.

Rediculously Large Pot

After all they say that a watched pot never boils, which perhaps when thought about can be tied to one of the processes of manifestation – Letting go. Meaning that when You do not let go and have faith that it will come to You.

You tend to begin to focusing on the lack of the thing You want to attract, also known as the Scarcity Mindset, and therefore actually pushing it further away. This is quite similar to becoming attached to the outcome which brings about the same results.

Okay by now hopefully Your chicken is boiled and ready to be chopped. I personally like the ease of a pair of food scissors to get the job done. When chopping the chicken any size is fine.

Return the chicken to the Ridiculously Large Pot and toss in the 7 cups of water, & 1 pack of taco seasoning.

Once again break out that wonderful book because it’s time to wait for the water to boil one more time. I have found the easiest way to cook instant rice is to put in the rice once the water has boiled then pop on a lid and wait about 20 seconds. Now turn off the fire and set the table. Do a few things and around 15 minutes later Your rice is ready.

Now it’s a little less healthy more Junky, but I like adding a jar of Ragu® Double Cheddar Sauce. In addition to this You can add Salsa or hot sauce for a real kick in the pants. Your imagination is the limit.

Well I had better run I sincerely hope You enjoy this dish as much as my family and I have. By the way the kids love it and its rather fast over all from start to finish.

Brand New Step-By-Step PLR Tactics

Hello Mike Here,

I’ve got four great step-by-step PLR tactics that I want to share with you today. I want you to pay really close attention because one (or more) of these could be the key to your success!

First let me explain each of these tactics and then I’ll give you a step by step for each of them so you can do the same thing…

New PLR Tactic #1 -

Take niche PLR products that You may have, get new graphics done for them, and put them on their own domain name as a real product for sale. Don’t sell them though. Sell the entire site. It should take about 1-2 hours to put together, and You can make over $700 just from doing this on ONE site!

New PLR Tactic #2 –

Many PLR products come with a squeeze page, an email series, and some articles. Again have new graphics made, load up the squeeze page on it’s own domain name and load in the email series to Your autoresponder. Throughout the email series though, find affiliate products to promote. Also take the articles and load them into Your autoresponder with affiliate links in them. Then promote Your squeeze page (with article marketing and ezine advertising) and make money from affiliate sales. I LOVE this tactic.

Something else You may try is actually selling the squeeze pages with the autoresponder loaded. All You’ll have to do is change the affiliate ID’s to the person who buys it and all they have to do is advertise.

New PLR Tactic #3 –

Membership sites. You can create membership sites in small niches. Like perhaps on landscaping. You can charge $6.95 a month for the membership and if You had just 50 members. That’s $347.50 You could make a month, and You could advertise in ezines. The only upkeep on these sites would be adding information (from my PLR products) about landscaping.

Now here’s a question I know I’ll get: Mike, What if I start a membership site and run out of PLR content? Well You could have 10 articles written ($50) and record Yourself reading each of them. Put them in the membership sites as 10 new audios about landscaping. All Your out is $50. You can also have articles written and turn it into a report or ebook.

New PLR Tactic #4 –

Content for content sites. You can take ebooks that have PLR rights, and break them down into blog posts. Simply create a blog on the topic, and then just break the ebook down into several blog post. Use a blog poster to post the content about 2-3 times a week and You can have a blog running on autopilot.

Monetize the blog with Adsense, affiliate programs, and selling advertising and links from.

Okay, now let’s take each of these topics and go step-by-step with them….

Once you have PLR content, pick a plan below and get started!

New PLR Tactic #1 Step-By-Step Plan -

1. Pick a PLR Product
2. Have new graphics made for your product. (Will cost you between $50-$150)
3. Setup the sales page and download page for your product.
4. Sell the site.

Tip: You can sell your sites on Ebay, and several webmaster forums. Just search for places to sell your site and you’ll find plenty. Of course I can’t give away my secret resources. Can’t have you guys competing with me, right?

Tip: You can do video tours of Your sites. Show everyone the site, the process of how it works, and how they’ll make money. This makes my sites sell FAST.

New PLR Tactic #2 Step-By-Step Plan -

1. Pick a PLR product.
2. Have new graphics made for your squeeze page.
3. Set your squeeze page up.
4. Find affiliate products to promote within the ecourse and the articles you get.
5. Load them into your autoresponder.
6. Promote site or sell it.

New PLR Tactic #3 Step-By-Step Plan -

1. Pick a niche that you have a lot of PLR products for.
2. Setup a membership site. (I recommend LFM)
3. Add content to your membership site.
4. Have a sales letter created selling your membership site.
5. Advertise your membership site.
6. Add content monthly to your membership site.

Tip: Remember if you run out of content you can always have more content created. Just use the freelance sites like Elance.com and Guru.com and the like.

Tip: Have an affiliate program. This will allow others to promote your site for you and make you money.

New PLR Tactic #4 Step-By-Step Plan -

1. Pick a PLR product.
2. Break it down into small blog posts. (300-400 word posts are sufficent.)
3. Setup your blog.
4. Get a blog autoposter like RSS to Blog and have it post to your blog 2-3 times a week.
5. Decide how to monetize your site. (Adsense, affiliate programs, selling advertising from them, or selling the entire blog.)

Okay, now you know even more of my secrets.

There’s a lot of information here and using any one of these plans, a few, or all is really going to make you a nice income!

Now the only thing I didn’t like

is that in some of the videos Liz goes a little fast. If you’ve ever heard her online, seen her videos, or met her in person, you know she’s a high energy person. It didn’t happen much, but I did find a few places where I had to stop and rewind the video.

With this much content though (yes Liz spells it all out step-by-step),

you really should watch all the videos once, take notes, and then watch them again while taking action. I find this to be the best practive with any video tutorials though.

I have to give this package 4 1/2 stars though…

1. Your taught there’s 9 different ways to make money
2. Everything is laid out step-by-step on video
3. You can quickly make money!
4. Liz is an amazing teacher!

Do You balance Your Family Time?

I overheard a conversation today

in the break-room at work, that really got me to thinking. The conversation was about how kids these days have allot of problems with acting out on others and have Troubled Relationships with their parents. They were saying how their belief is this is due to parents not spending enough time with their kids.

You’ve heard it before Television is just a babysitter,

and parents are ignoring their kids blah blah blah. I remember hearing this conversation growing up. At the same time I just thought it was old timers talk. You know the stories.

Why when I was a kid, school didn’t have Snow Days. I remember when it snowed so much the front door was blocked and I had to climb out my window, jump off the roof, walk fifteen miles  UPHILL in three feet of snow

Well Maybe it’s my age showing

Nah probably not. Really though this time it sunk in and made me think. I have noticed for awhile now, that my kids aren’t getting along very well with each other. We have also had some relationship trouble with them. Don’t get me wrong my kids are the Greatest Gift that God and my Wife could ever give me.

I am by no means the perfect Father

I used to play World of Warcraft and Final Fantasy XI Online with alot of my spare time. Before that it was Video Games, Movies, and Television. Now its Internet Marketing and Self Improvement. Granted I am still spending time away from the Family I want to spend time with but, at-least its towards a better cause.

I haven’t learned my lesson

of slowing down and spending more time with the family like I know I should. It has been bugging me for awhile now, as I need to have a better balance. I keep trying to fool myself into thinking, “Well when I make enough money online to quit my day job I will have more time with my Family”. While this is true I have no idea how long it will take. It could be months, it could be years or even longer.

There is a Lesson via the Law of Attraction: Appreciation

One thing I learned in my studies was, start where you are. If you want more money in life so You can have peace of mind. Stop worrying about money. Turn off the emotion of Fear and replace it with an appreciation of the money you do have. Then You can spend your money with peace of mind and an appreciation for what You already have. This will open the door for more abundance to come in.

Now try this method of appreciation

with your Family. Stop thinking when I have more time or money I can slow down and spend more time with the Family. Start where You are. Balance Your time wisely in the same way You would a budget. By the way remember the saying “Time is Money”? For now replace it with “Time well budgeted and spent wisely is Priceless” You may find Yourself looking back one day wondering what happened if you don’t start including time with Your family.

Honey Bring me a beer, the games on

Nope that’s not what I meant. Since we’re on the subject it also doesn’t mean you have to take them to Disney Land.(I’m sure they wouldn’t mind though) The big things matter but, so do the little things. How many times do Your Wife or Kids want attention and You are too busy? Yes, these are when You should take time out. I know it seems hard but, these breaks can be a win win. For instance, how many times have you lost Focus? You know maybe You went on Youtube to find information and blew an hour, or done the same on Skype and Twitter. Maybe You get writer’s cramp.

All these are perfect times to break away and spend it with Your family.

I will be making a better effort to Balance my family and business time better.

Last Monday I left You with the Question: Are You Ready To Discover This Secret?

Well are You ready? Great I was hoping You would feel that way. Last week I told You to look inside Yourself for the Secret. So is that where the secret is? Can You go to the Doctor get an X-Ray, then be took into a room where the Angels will sing and You will be enlightened  when Your eyes fall upon this Secret?

Are You Friggin’ kidding me?

Of course it’s not that simple. What I meant was that You have to look into Yourself to find the path not the answer. The Secret is omnipresent, meaning it is everywhere in everything. You might already know the Secret which everyone is talking about but, just because You know it doesn’t mean You know how it works.

The Secret is a Creative Force with unlimited power

Which can and will turn Your Reality into True Happiness and prosperity but, in order to do so You must accept Responsibility for Your actions. You must realize that we are responsible for all of our experiences. Now this doesn’t mean it’s Your fault what happens to You but it’s Your responsibility How Your React. You will also have to understand that You have to stop following the crowd.

Many people are Followers as a Result of Fear

You must have the Courage to overcome the Fear of Success, Ridicule, Responsibility, and the Biggest Fear of Change. Many of these Fears are Subconscious but, that is something to be covered another time. How do You overcome these Fears? By simply Letting Go. Sounds to Easy but, don’t be fooled. It really is that simple.

Here’s one of several tricks I picked up over the course of my study

Take the Fear of Ridicule for instance. Think back on a time when You were made fun of and it bothered You. How did it make You feel? Don’t Fight it let the Feelings Flow. Experience everything let it make You Sad, let it Hurt. Now think of a Time when You were highly Praised. Embrace this to. How great does it Feel? Enjoy every drop of it. Okay Great now Feel the Ridicule, then the Praise. Do this until You Feel the Same about Both Events. For more information about this method Click Here

Now with a Clear Mind You can learn the Secret

You must have a clear mind so that You can Focus and You must Focus to make full use of Your thoughts. The reason is Your Thoughts Control Your Life. Let me say it again: Your Thoughts Control Your Life. According to The Secret Your Life is not controlled by random events unless you want it to be. You are only the victim of others actions unless You think You are. You have the Power to change what You don’t like and also the Power to get anything You want.

Your Thoughts are in Control of Your Life,

And You Control Your Thoughts. According to Charlie Greer the Average person thinks about 12,000 thoughts per day and  deep thinker 50,000. With that said I will Leave You with One Single Thought:

What is Visualization?

What is visualization you ask?

Basically it’s using Your’ imagination to picture a desired outcome. By the way I refuse to be held responsible if and when You decide to use this powerful tool for evil. Like, making the In-laws or neighbor disappear. As the saying goes, Be-careful what You wish for it may just come true.

If you are looking for more Mystical or Historical Account…

Well many believe it originated from an eastern philosophy dating back centuries ago, and has gradually emerged as a life-changing practice guaranteed by many to boost self-esteem, self-acceptance and their overall outlook in life. Everything in the universe was created to support a person in achieving his/her higher purpose in life. Visualization makes use of positive thinking to enable a person to believe and affirm. “Whatever a man can conceive and believe, he can achieve” Napoleon Hill.

Mind has the power to transform any concentrated thought you focus on into reality.

Begin by thinking of something on which to focus. Something attainable and quite within reach like more self confidence, or making a few extra bucks. As You practice, You can focus on goals that are more difficult later on.

Find a little “sanctuary” of Your own,

Any place that can give you the peace and quiet you will need in order to concentrate. Make certain there will be no distractions as you perform this exercise. When You’re ready, assume a position of comfort; You man find lying or sitting comfortable, but You can explore which position would give you more comfort and focus.

Breathe deeply and relax.

Empty your mind and concentrate on your focus. Take in a few deep breaths. Visualize a white cloud of positive energy entering as You breath in through the nose, then filling Your whole body with this positive energy starting at the toes and filling up to Your head. Next hold in Your breath for a few seconds, and slowly breath out releasing that positive energy back into Your surroundings.

Now, imagine the thing You want most to happen (your chosen focus),

In exactly the way You would like it to happen. Think of as much detail as you can, gradually making the image as vivid in your thoughts as if it were really happening right there and then. Just a word of advice the more of Your five senses You include the better and be sure to mix plenty of emotion. How would it feel, smell, taste, look, sound? How does it feel emotionally having finally achieved your goal?

Afterwards, You must affirm the image you visualized in your mind.

An affirmation can be said silently or aloud, whichever is stronger in impact to you. It is a statement of profound belief that what you imagined can truly become a reality. Make certain you avoid negative affirmations. Instead of saying “ I am not ugly and worthless” state that you are beautifully made and worthy of all the limitless opportunities this world has to offer.

The best time to do this would be late in the evening, before you go to bed, or upon waking up after a good night’s rest.

At these times, Your mind would be calm and relaxed. By improving your deepest attitudes towards life and towards Yourself, You enhance Your Self-Image, strengthen and improve relationships, and more importantly, you contribute to your physical wellness and mental health.

Our thoughts can be a weapon of destruction or our most effective tools for Inner Peace.

Remember, they are but energies stored within, and when unleashed into positive forces, we change the balance of the energy surrounding us. By doing so, it naturally brings about changes in our surroundings in accordance with what we imagined.

Some people talk of imagination as something far-fetched and fantasized. Visualization talks of imagination as a thought away from reality.

The Secret to a Life of Happiness or just a Dream?

When did you decide that Dreaming was for, well, Dreamers?

When did You decide that being happy all the time was only for Fairy Tales? When You were a kid didn’t the world seem like a wonderful and mystical place where anything could happen? Where Happiness, Love, Success, and just about anything You think of was possible.

You couldn’t wait to Grow-up and be like Your Heroes.

You wanted to be a President, Rock-star, Actor or Actress, Doctor, the world was Yours for the taking. When did Your reality change and Fear become Your Guide not Your Dreams?

Have You ever wondered about those select few who didn’t lose sight of Their Dreams?

You know the ones that are living their Dreams every day. They seem to have the perfect life, the key to true happiness. Some people think that these people get all the breaks, and they were either born with it or just in the right place at the right time.

I won’t lie there are people that are born to be what some consider lucky,

but if it were that simple why are there so many people who win the Lottery just to be back to where they started at within a couple years? You would be surprised to know just how many of the people that make their Dreams happen from nothing. These are people just like You and me from Modest beginnings.

These are Simply people who have applied what some people now refer to as The Secret.

You may think that this only works for certain people, or maybe You think it’s to good to be true so it must be Mumbo Jumbo.

No matter what You believe You know deep down that there’s more to Life.

After all it doesn’t make much sense that some people can have more money then they know what to do with and yet they seem empty inside. Yet some people don’t have a Pot to Pee in or a Window to throw it out of, and these people are Filled with Love and Joy not wanting a thing in the World.

You also know deep down that if only You could find that Elusive Lucky Break in Life.

That one Defining Moment when something in You Clicks then all the Puzzle Pieces come into place. Then You will know how to get what You want in Life and finally be Happy.

The Secret to a Life of Happiness is out there, always has and always will be there.

You just have to know where to look. The reason that it is not written down somewhere in plain sight is because it can not be taught or shown to You. You can only be guided because ultimately Like with any Great Truth or Lesson, You have to Look Inside Yourself. That is where a change has to happen for You to understand.

It’s Like in school when You learn knowledge it really is just memorization.

That is until it is applied, then something changes inside You. That change is Wisdom and Wisdom alters Your Perception. So the Final Question I leave you with Today is:

Why do we procrastinate

Hey hows it going?

Well today I thought I might write you about procrastination. Then I took a nap and decided to wait till after dinner… (just kidding of course

First off What is Procrastination?

According to the Webster’s 1913 Dictionary Procrastination is – The act or habit of procrastinating, or putting off to a future time; delay; dilatoriness.

A better example is in this wonderful quote:

“Procrastination is the bad habit of putting of until the day after tomorrow what should have been done the day before yesterday.”
Napoleon Hill

Why do we Procrastinate

There are several reasons people tend to procrastinate, to many to list really, but there are basically three types of procrastinators:

1. Avoiders – These are the type of procrastinators who possibly are avoiding the fear of failure and or the fear of success. This type might be fueled also by the way others view them. Perhaps they think others might expect more of them if they apply themselves fully possibly leading to more chances to fail.
   
2. Decisional – These are the type of procrastinators which choose to not make decisions. Maybe they feel that if a decision is not made they won’t be held liable for the responsibility of the possible worst case scenario.
   
3. Trill Seekers – These are the type of procrastinators that like to wait till the last minute to tackle tasks so they can feel the thrill of working under pressure. Maybe the Arousal of appearing as the hero who pulled it off against all odds or simply the belief that they work better under pressure drives these individuals.

What can we do about Procrastination?

Dr. Patrick Wanis has 4 Simple Secrets to overcome procrastination he shares with us in the video below.

1. Step number one – be aware of what you are associating with the task and why. Now write it down.
2. Step number two – the hardest task is the first task you should take on in the morning.
3. Step number three – once you have identified what it is that is preventing you from doing it, start working on that challenge.

What 3 Things Should You Avoid When Emailing Your List?

When you decide to have an opt-in list…

It is not just a matter of sending your subscribers your promotional newsletters or catalogs. There are many things to consider in avoiding many complications. While there are so many ways you can add subscribe to your list, there are also some things you must do to avoid subscribers from wanting to get off from your list, as you will find out below. It is also essential that you keep your list clean and manageable.

Arrange it by using the many tools and technologies available for your opt-in list. Don’t worry, your investment in this marketing strategy is well worth it with all the coverage you will get which will likely be converted into sales then to profit.

Here are three things to avoid when emailing your list.

1) Take notice of your unsuccessful sends. These are the e-mails that bounce. Bounced emails, also known as undeliverable messages, are those messages that, for whatever reason, were not successfully received by the intended recipient.

There are bounces that happen or occur because the server was busy at that time but can still be delivered in another time. There are also bounces because the inbox of the recipient is full at that time. There are those bounce messages that are simply undeliverable ever. The reason for this is that it may be an invalid email address, a misspelled email address, or an email address that was abandoned and erased already.

Manage your list by putting markings on those that bounce. Erase an email account from your list so that you have an accurate statistics and records as to how many are actually receiving your mail. You may also want to check the spellings of your email addresses in your list. One common mistake is when an N instead of an M is placed in the .com area.

2) Always provide an unsubscribe feature in your site and an unsubscribe link in your mails. When someone in your list files a request to be unsubscribed, always take that request seriously. If you don’t take them off your list and keep sending them your e-mails, you are now sending them spam mail.

When you are reported as a spammer, you and your business can get into a lot of trouble. You can be reported to the authorities and maybe blacklisted by many internet service providers. You will lose a lot of subscribers this way and many more in potential subscribers.
